As you may know, South America is flooded with bands named Necrofago — but the one we're talking about here is considered the most cult of them all. Their 1988 demo 'Brutal Mutilation' might not have earned them a long lifespan, yet it stands among the genre-defining works of South American Death/Black metal alongside Sarcofago, Vulcano, Sextrash, and Sepultura. This demo was recently reissued by NWW in a compilation LP featuring 7 extra tracks including rehearsal recordings and a Kreator cover.
